CREOLE SAUCE

1 Small onion, roughly chopped
1/2 Jalapeno pepper, remove ribs and seeds and roughly chopped
1 14 1/2 ounce can tomatoes and their juices
2 T tomato paste
1/4 t cayenne pepper
Make the creole sauce in a food processor or blender. Puree all the ingredients. This sauce is served with crab cakes. I will have that recipe for you tomorrow. Have a good night..........
