Strawberry Smoothies

Secret is flaxseed. This will keep you regular, if you know what I mean.
1 Cup refrigerated strawberry breeze juice
2 Cups ice
1 1/2 Cups frozen unsweetened strawberries
1/2 medium banana
2 T ground flaxseed
In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Serve immediately. I have been reading about the good properties of flaxseed. The National Cancer Institute has been studying flaxseed, it is an important source of "lignans," which are plant compounds that provide a specific fiber that may contain anticancer properties. It helps me with a daily tablet I take. Ask your doctor before you take ANYTHING NEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You can add different fruits and juices to the recipe, use the fruits you enjoy the most. SMILE.........
