CRUNCHY ONION CHICKEN

1 1/3 Cups of French's fried onions in a can
4 boneless-skinless chicken breast halves
1 egg, beaten
Place french's onions in a bag. Lightly crush with hands or rolling pin.
Dip chicken in the beaten egg; then coat with the onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere. Place chicken on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with additional crumbs, if desired.
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until it is no longer pink in center.
(Squirrel hints)
I was going to give you more tips for those little squirrels but after reading my book, it seems repetitiuos. The same thing only worded differently. There is one about sprinkling blood meal around your garden, which will deter the squirrels and other pests. Thats why I thought I better go over all the hints in this book, before passing them on to you. Have a good day!
